Phantom Properties Group PTY (LTD) was established in January 2020, by Hasen Abdul (JD Mdu)

 

JD Mdu was already active in the property contracting business, via Kasie Properties,

a company he started in 2015, which operated as a contractor and sub-contractor for residential swimming pools and general building services (retaining walls, built-in-cupboards and tiling etc.)

 

The journey was no smooth one, filled with many fruitful opportunities and humbling challenges.

 

In Q3 of 2025, Phantom Properties was appointed as part of a residential development project team in Verulam, north of Durban.
